Pauline Mattinson-White

Pauline Mattinson-White, BAA, RIDNS IDC, has earned the respect and recognition of clients and colleagues for her creativity, experience and expertise in interior design as well interior decorating. Pauline’s career has spanned more than 30 years, including working for a number of prominent interior design firms in Toronto before starting her own company in Halifax in 1980.

Pauline is both an interior designer and interior decorator – a bit of a rare combination in her business. As a professional interior designer, Pauline’s specialized training allows her to offer services well beyond the scope of interior decorators including feasibility studies of space, barrier-free living spaces design, floor plans and construction drawings, ensuring building code compliance, cost analysis and project management during construction.

Throughout her career, Pauline has successfully completed an impressive array of design projects including executive offices, hospitality and commercial spaces. Her passion for new challenges has also led her to tackle other unique projects including art gallery and yacht design But Pauline’s true passion and design focus is on residential projects, where she helps homeowners create living spaces that they love and get to enjoy day in and day out.
